LIOGAM - Freeze Drying Company

Technology

Freeze drying one of the best methods of food preservation was invented a few centuries ago by the South America Indians inhabiting the Ands. They observed a natural phenomenon of evaporating crystals in the conditions of diminished pressure from foodstuffs previously frozen. This discovery contributed to invention of a new perfect method of food preservation called liophilization or freeze drying.

About us

The Liogam Freeze Drying Company sp.j. is the longest-operating company in Poland in the field of freeze dried products. The Company was estabilished in March 1992. The owners of the Company are Gra�yna Kot, Marek Bie�, Andrzej Prze�lak. The Trade Office and Production Plant are at Zgórsko, located on the Warsaw-Cracow road, 10 km from Kielce. Currently, the company employs 40 employees.
